A few days later you lay awake in bed. You had woken up in a cold sweat once again. This had been happening every night. You went to sleep for an hour or so and then woke in fright from any sound in your house. You looked like Alfred when he watched horror movies…though what was scaring you...was real…the memory of your ordeal.

The nightmare was always the same, you didn't shout Poland or you didn't have a voice to and the Dark Feliks shot you and you died. You hadn't told anyone about these dreams…but tonight it was just terrible…there was one step beyond in this one…you dreamed that you were able to call him Poland and he did come back but at that moment the Dark Feliks shot him and then broke your neck.

You turned your light on and looked at the clock. It was three in the morning. You sighed, you needed to get some sleep, but you knew that you wouldn't be able to. You had to reach out this time. You grabbed your cell phone and called up the only person who could calm you down now.

"H…hello…?" came the sleepy voice you knew so well.

"H…hey Feliks…it's me…" you said tired and frightened.

"(N…nick-name)? Why are you calling so late? What's wrong?" he asked wide awake now.

"I…I had a nightmare…" you answered sheepishly.

"Of what hon?" he asked worried.

You told him and by the end of it you were in tears. He didn't say anything at all until your tears died down.

"Don't worry (Nick-name), I'm here…you're here…everything is okay…" he said in a soothing voice, "Do you want me to stay on the phone until you fall asleep?" he asked.

"If…if it wouldn't bother you…" you answered feeling foolish.

You could hear the care in his voice as he told you, "No, it wouldn't bother me at all." he said and you could hear him adjusting in his bed.

You thanked him and readjusted in your bed to where you could fall asleep easily. You began to drift away into pleasant dreams.

Just before you slipped away you murmured, "Feliks…?"

"I'm still here." Was his sleepy reply.

"…I love you…" you breathed.

And just before sleep took you, you were able to hear the smile in his voice as he responded, "I love you too."

The next morning you woke and saw your phone beside your head. 'Did I actually sleep through the night?' you asked yourself in surprise. After a moment you realized what woke you up it was a soft knocking on your front door. You shut your phone and got up and nervously went to your front door. Peeking through you saw Feliks standing there in a ruffled pink top and light blue jeans. You opened the door happily.

"Hey (Name) I wanted to come over and see how you slept last night." He said.

You pulled him into a hug and murmured, "Wonderfully thanks to you."

He hugged back and you felt so complete in his arms. You two separated and you let him inside. You both sat down on the couch and you cuddled into him holding him close. He chuckled softly and held you into him and kissed your temple.

"What would I do without you Feliks?" you asked sweetly.

"I don't know…but you will never have to find out." He said and cupped your cheek before pulling you into a sweet kiss.

When you two broke away you smiled up at him and he returned it. He brushed a stray strand of (h/c) hair behind your ear and said that he loved you.

You blushed at the intensity in his green eyes and nuzzled into his hand. After a moment he looked at you curiously.

"Hey, (Nick-name) I was wondering…" he began, "Since you've been having trouble sleeping and all…would you like to move in with me?" he asked uncharacteristically nervous.

You looked at him in surprise, was he really asking you to move in? Did he really want that? There was a sincerity to his voice and shining in his eyes you smiled and nodded.

"Yes Feliks," you said, "I'd love to."

He smiled brightly and pulled you into a hug and pressed his lips against yours happily. You kissed back and held him close.

You opened the last box and pulled out the last of the little baubles that had been in your room and set them on the dresser in the room that Feliks and you now shared. The first thing you pulled out was a little baby (fave animal) figurine in a playful pose encased in a bright pink glass heart. This was given to you by Feliks on your sixteenth birthday and you loved it so much. It was just a silly trinket but it meant so much to you. As you set it down you felt arms wrap around your waist from behind and you looked up into the mirror and smiled at the reflection.

You in the arms of the man you were in love with, both housing bright loving smiles.

"I can't, like, believe you kept that." He said in a teasing voice, but it was obvious that he was touched as well.

"Of course…it was one of the best gifts I could have gotten. It was heartfelt and I just love it." You said.

He smiled and kissed your temple, "I like just talked to Toris, he's coming over later and we're going to have a movie night, no horror and no, like, tear-jerkers…just great fun." He said.

You smiled at him, "That sounds awesome Fel, I can't wait." You said and turned to peck his lips as you set the heart down before turning around to hug him close.

That evening you lay beside Feliks, face to face, holding hands, your fingers laced. He smiled at you as you closed your eyes in deep relaxation. He pulled your hand to his lips and kissed it sweetly before you two began to drift away into your shared sweet dreams.

Before sleep took hold of you, you murmured, "Feliks…?"

"I'm right here." He responded.

You smiled softly as you breathed, "I love you."

You could hear the smile in his voice as he replied sweetly, "I love you too."

You both fell asleep with smiles on your faces, through all the troubles and turmoil you had faced…you and Feliks were side by side in love and life…and that was all that really mattered.
